Real Estate Attorney


We’re looking for an In-House Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. Duties and responsibilities include:

Purchase and Sale Agreement Drafting & Negotiation

  • Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions Teams regarding deal terms
  • Address potential diligence issues (e.g. lease renewals, physical or environment problems)

Legal Due Diligence

  • Title, survey & zoning review
  • Environmental matters
  • Respond to legal questions Diligence Team (acquisitions) or buyer (dispositions)

Real Estate Financing

  • Review, drafting, & negotiation of loan documents
  • Coordinate with lenders on due diligence inquiries (including title and survey)

Manage Real Estate Closings

  • Coordinate closing team activities
  • Ensure all closing requirements are met
  • Prepare and review settlement statements
  • Address last-minute issues (e.g. Holdbacks)

Property Transaction Coordinator


We’re is looking for a Property Transaction Coordinator to join our Acquisitions team. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Acquisitions/Dispositions Due Diligence Support

  • Accounts receivable/delinquency review and analysis
  • Timely completion of lease review and abstraction
  • Review vendor contracts and seller invoices
  • Initial draft of tenant estoppels
  • Assist with the collection and organization of due diligence documents

Salesforce/Yardi Property & Initial Lease Setup

Property Closing Coordination

Associate Property Manager, Milwaukee


We’re is looking for an Associate Property Manager in Milwaukee to join our Property Management team. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Asset Preservation & Enhancement

  • Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on maintenance and operations of each property within the portfolio
  • Evaluate property issues upon weekly or monthly onsite visits
  • Collaboration with Regional Property Manager on strategy for individual properties within the portfolio
  • Conduct monthly activity/update calls with Property Management, Accounting, Leasing, and Construction Teams

Tenant Relations & Property Communications

  • Lease interpretation and enforcement
  • Ability to build tenant loyalty through effective communication, quick response, follow through, and customer service
  • Act as secondary contact to tenants and as a liaison between property operations and daily administrative tasks
  • Deliver annual tenant surveys and assist Regional Property Manager in implementing necessary changes
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams on various projects or events at the property

Property Financial Administration

  • Review, code, and approve invoices for payment in accordance with the budget
  • Assist with A/R issues and collection of accounts receivable as requested
  • Monitor and manage operating expenses for property portfolio (including CAM Estimates, Reconciliations, Budgeting, Variance Reporting, etc.)
  • Calculate and/or verify percentage rent calculations and ensure accurate billing

Database Management

  • Ensure all pertinent property information is entered into Salesforce (lease clauses, HVAC info, reporting requirements, etc.)
  • Review all leases entered in Yardi by Lease Administration Manager
  • Ensure insurance requirements are met and COIs are tracked within myCOI database

Contract Negotiations & Vendor Relations

  • Request and evaluate bids, pricing, and services; create comparisons and make recommendations on vendor selection
  • Manage, write, and approve contracts with service providers; keep on-going contracts up to date
  • Develop relationships with service providers

Collaboration with Accounting, Construction Management, Leasing, Acquisitions, and Tenant & Property Services

  • Assist Leasing and Construction Management with all landlord and tenant work (including new tenant on-boarding)
  • Assist Leasing Team on renewals, tenant satisfaction, new leases, etc.
  • Collaboration and assistance provided to appropriate staff in all acquisitions and dispositions
  • Work with Asset Management to understand all key action items for properties managed
  • Review/negotiate site access agreements for bringing phone/cable/wireless to the properties and communicate such agreements to the Regional Property Manager

  • Willingness to work from home and make visits to properties within Wisconsin
  • Previous property management experience
