EVP, Capital Development

The Baceline Group is excited to announce the search for its Executive Vice President of Capital Development. We are looking for a candidate with extensive investment sales and capital market experience to lead Baceline’s capital development efforts.   • Identify and secure new investment partners for Baceline’s CRE Funds (High Net Worth Individuals, RIAs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with existing, key accounts
  • In-depth fund/Investment, portfolio and product knowledge
  • Serve on Executive Management Team to continue the vision, strategy and business model for the Company
  • Identify investment trends, make recommendations and propose changes to strategic plans
  • Represent Baceline at industry conferences/events, sit on panels, etc.
  • Contribute to quarterly reporting
  • Contribute to PR/Marketing campaigns and initiatives (email marketing, tear sheets, pitch books, etc.)



  • Bachelor’s Degree with an area of concentration in Finance, Business, Management or Communication preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services/investment sales
  • Possess an extensive network of relationships with institutional partners, high net worth individuals, wealth managers/financial advisors and other prospective capital partners
  • Proven track record in raising institutional equity
  • Experience in sales process development and sales team leadership/management preferred
  • Outstanding consultative sales and communication skills
  • Ability to uncover and qualify new leads
  • Ability to quickly build trust, relationships and break down barriers of entry
  • Extremely resourceful, highly organized and excellent priority management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Must have the ability to travel as needed

Lease Transaction Manager


Leasing Documentation (New Leases, Renewals, Assignments, Amendments)

  • New Leases – Provide Leasing Manager with the initial draft for all new deals within the KPI period. Confirm the initial draft includes all aspects of the negotiated LOI.
  • Renewals – Negotiate, draft, redline & execute all renewals in accordance with business plan and within the KPI timeframes.
  • Assignment – Conduct background and credit checks to qualify potential new tenants. Negotiate, draft, redline & execute all assignment paperwork.
  • Amendments – Provide drafting assistance to Leasing Manager for any additional negotiated lease terms including but not limited to terminations, extensions, and lease language modifications.


Renewal Pipeline Management

  • Maintain pipeline management in accordance with KPI metrics for initial contact, option notice dates, and renewal amendments.
  • Negotiate and execute on annual leasing goals set out within the business plan and budgets for all upcoming expirations.
  • Understand all business plan action items associated with your portfolio and how they impact your renewal pipeline.

Collaboration with Property Management & Construction Management

  • Ensure all documentation has been provided to Property Management and Construction Management to assist in final stages of deal close out.
  • Coordinate with Construction Management to acquire accurate estimates for all landlord work included in deal negotiations.
  • Maintain the highest standard of data integrity within Salesforce to ensure all necessary reports for Investor Relations are accurate. Be able to answer any questions pertaining to your portfolio or a specific deal on an as-needed basis.
  • Strategize with the Accounts Receivable Department to eliminate past due balances during renewable negotiations.
  • Work with Asset Management to understand all key action items for your properties.

Leasing Team Support

  • Conduct background and credit checks for all potential new tenants.
  • Maintain Salesforce integrity through documentation and execution for all new deals.
  • Communicate with the Leasing Manager on all upcoming and executed renewals to ensure the property is adhering to the business plan.


  • 1-3 years of experience in retail leasing and/or transaction management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator


Revenue Processing

  • Process (scan, allocate, and apply) all incoming physical check payments in accordance with Baceline Group cash posting rules
  • Assist in posting unapplied payments across all electronic payment channels
  • Allocate tenant prepayments in Baceline Group ERP

Data Integrity

  • Ensure all payments are posted in within 24 hours of receipt
  • Assist in weekly collection report creation
  • Review and remedy monthly tenant charge variances and errors

Tenant Relations

  • Monitor billing email account for tenant requests
  • Relay non-AR related inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Answer tenant inquires related to their monthly billing statement within one business day

Collaboration with Property Management and Leasing Teams

  • Provide accurate data to internal teams on property collections and tenant standing
  • Stand-in for AR Manager at monthly Property Management meetings


  • 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable or Data Entry experience
  • 1-3 years of Collections or Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
