Baceline Investments is a private equity real estate investment company which sponsors and manages member owned partnerships that make direct investments in commercial property. We have developed a successful commercial real estate business model focused on America’s Heartland. This model seeks to generate competitive returns using a combination of local expertise and centralized oversight to increase income and add value to our properties. Using little or no debt to acquire cash flowing properties, this model has been sustainable through several real estate cycles since 1998 and is particularly applicable in today’s environment.
